Last minute decision to file taxes and was able to get an appointment easily and was very pleased with how efficient whole process was.

Took Tax documents into Jackson-Hewitt located conveniently inside Wal-Mart. Was greeted by Amanda Greear, Jackson-Hewitt Tax Pro, who immediately began collecting information related to the current filing season. Amanda has the knowledge required to obtain the largest Returns for her customers. I, for one, would highly recommend Amanda Greear or any of the outstanding Tax Pros at Jackson-Hewitt for anyone who has yet to have their tax returns filed!
Very pleasant tax agent. Was well informed and able to provide the information needed. Prepared the 2024 yr tax return in a very timely manner. We will definitely use Jackson Hewitt next year. Sad to say, we had notice tax agents in past years set up in Walmart but failed to realize they represented Jackson Hewitt. Our Representative/ Tax Agent was Robert Samuelson, he was great! Five Stars!
