I always have a wonderful experience with Sherry at Jackson Hewitt….She answered all my questions throughly which make me feel confident that my taxes were prepared correctly…..
I came in a couple days before tax deadline because of google reviews. . Yes, Sherry is personable and unprofessional. She was on phone alot rolling her eyes. She wouldn't give me honest answer about cost. Then for basic form 1040 and IT40 as I looked through the pricing books on her desk, she tried to charge me $570. I didn't post immediately because I was trying to figure out if they are scamming people before deadline or scamming people they think have money.
