Not happy my experience was a nightmare first I was charged extra for my taxes to be directly deposited to no avail then I had to go back cause they was not done correctly I stopped and ask the statis of them was told the were forwarded to it's then I get a call to come back cause they were not completely signed I don't see myself using nor recommending Jackson Hewitt in the future
