Service was good and the guy was nice. But you get one star based on price. So this rating is for the company not the guy working the taxes. I went in believing I’d pay around 250 and walked out at over $460 🤬. I would have left if taxes weren’t due Monday. This is far to much for basic taxes. If I was running a business and I had a ton of write offs I would understand. But this is for some w2s and a 1099. I will not return next year for those prices.
