Hard to write a review when the person who's supposed to help you doesn't show up. I had a noon appointment, waited until 12:15, did some shopping, went back, they still weren't there. If you can't get the little things right, like showing up to the appointment you sent me numerous reminders about, then I sure won't trust you with the big things. Maybe you need to send the reminders to yourself.
Don't go to them. They messed up my taxes and now I am unable to reach out to them. I made another appointment and the person didn't show up to it.
Sandra Harmon was awesome, the best experience I've had in a long time really appreciate her very satisfied.
