Their “no fee advance loan” up to $4,000 is for repeat customers and new customers can only get up to $1,000 and they run a credit check. These are things that are not mentioned on their websites, you only get told that after the in person meeting and after your tax’s are filled. They also charged $515
The woman who helped us was AMAZING!! She was very personable. Clarified our options clearly. We spent half the time I expected in there as well. Made doin our taxes, feel less taxing!
