My taxes were done when I only went for a loan. Not only that but after I found out my taxes were DONE and there was no undoing it, I also found out I was charged over $400 instead of under $100 for a first time customer. On top of that my taxes were prepared wrong and I did not receive the amount I should have, not until I amended it. Dropped off my documents,received follow calls to clarify information, scheduled face to face meeting to finalize results,paid my fees out of my refund and was done. See you next year.
