I have used Jackson Hewitt since I moved to Pope County. They have always helped me receive far more in my tax return than I expected. When I did my own taxes, I was audited every year, and had a huge, $300+ fee to pay. The agent worked diligently in reviewing all my contributions and it resulted in my having enough in my return to pay my homeowners insurance, which I greatly appreciated.
James Flores was an excellent tax pro, taking good care of every customer that came in.
