I had a scheduled/confirmed by text appointment at 12 noon on Monday, April 7 to sign my elderly parents' completed tax forms and pay for service rendered. An unidentified woman called me around 11:30 and told me to hurry in, that my form was ready. I arrived at 11:55 and a "walk-in" client with NO appointment who needed his entire tax forms done was there in my place.
