I was charged $350.00 to file 3 1099s, the State wanted a photo of my id,1099s, and photo of letter they sent to me after I filed. Call Jackson Hewitt back for help and they said they would send that info in for me. Never happened, sent in new info to Jackson Hewitt and they lost it, they kept telling me they never received it, I use their app and it said it was successfully sent. The Red headed lady seems very snarky, Argumentative, and rude when she doesn't get her way.
My preparer was super! I did sit in reception area with a receptionist that not once acknowledged me in 20 minutes. That was not super.
