The tax expert was thorough and made me feel confident that all details were process correctly. My only problem is that there was an ad for March $149 for taxes to be prepared. But when time to pay I had to pay $40 extra for the state of CA's taxes. The ad was misleading and even though I said that the advertisement was misleading, my tax expert did not budge. I had to pay $149 plus the $40 for the state. Otherwise good experience - it was the first-time to use Jackson Hewitt.
I love my tax preparer, been with him and Jackson Hewitt for years.
