Honestly first time there wasn’t bad, except charged me $600 to do my taxes, could have went to TurboTax and got same amount for free. Feel like got ripped off
Customer service was beyond amazing and efficient!! I came in on a lunch break to finish up and it was no sweat. Tara helped me with all I needed help on and then some! Great service I'd request to anyone I know!!
