Cancelled my first appointment at very short notice, promised a 40% discount for my inconvenience, when I showed up for my appointment, a walk-up customer was in the kiosk for 45+ minutes before I could even get started. When it came time to pay, the manager would only approve me for a 33% discount instead of the promised 40%. There was also no additional discount for my wasted time on the day. Not a very professional way to run a business. I won't be back.

Edit* 2 years in a row this happened!! I'm sitting here waiting and a Walmart associate tells me that the taxes guy hasn't come to any of the appointments that were made. Why would you have a booth and option to set up an appointment. Wasted my time.
