I have had no problems with jh until this year The original person who started my taxes was great and then I was called back in and another person was doing them for me I didnt like her attitude and she was kinda rude and not very helpful after all I go to jh for their services and have never let me down until this year...I had to go back 3x to finally get them sent and I honestly believe it i didn't stay on top of it my refund would still be in back of there system waiting.
