Don't waste your time. You get an email confirmation however the place doesn't exist. Very rude over the phone.
After a previously bad review, I've changed it to 4 stars, as they stood by their promise of correcting mistakes made on my initial tax return submission. It took them a few trys to get it right, but they eventually got it corrected. I recommend purchasing the zero mistake guarantee. I would only recommend Jackson Hewitt your return is straightforward and not complicated.
The easiest filing of my taxes ever!!! I dropped off my information, I e-signed my returns and boom bang. DONE!! I filed at Sears in Newport Mall. They are very nice and patience with me. I found my tax home. 🙌🏽
