For the second year in a row Jackson Hewitt has made a mistake on my taxes. These mistakes caused me to have to pay additional taxes, and additional IRS fees. Do yourself a favor, and find a certified accountant to do your taxes. Stay away from these overpriced, undertrained pop up cheap franchises !
