This Has Been the Worst Tax Experience of My Life — Do Not Use JHewitt If I could give zero stars, I would. I filed my taxes with JHewitt in March, and it is now mid-June, and I am still waiting for my refund. This company is a scam disguised as a tax service provider. They promise a “21-day refund”—but that’s just a marketing lie to get you in the door. Don’t fall for it like I did. Let’s start with the staff.
