My experiences with Dr. Jackson have been good. He is friendly and relatable and freely answered my questions Because he is apparently in demand it did take some time to be seen at his office, which was crowded during my last visit. But that was not an issue becauseI was given my fair share of his time to go over things and answer my question. My opinion is therefore favorable. I would also refer him to others in need of his services.

Continually cancelling appointments for my husband and never returned my call after my colonoscopy. Had to get my results from my primary. Finally got my husband to find a new gastroenterologist.

I had a upper endoscopy done he said he took biopsy’s and would call me in a week, it’s been 2 weeks I left a voicemail still no call back and every time I call the office it says it’s closed smh.

I have called and left messages. Talk to the reception she would relay the message for him to call.Have not had a call back in on a month. I have called constantly. He is unprofessionally if he can not do is job he should retire.

I had a colonoscopy and the nurses said dr would come in afterwards and talk to me??? He never did!! All I was told he found a polyp however what size? What stage? Why don’t I have a follow up appointment? Office never called!!! I will never again go to him!!! Called the office for explanation and no answer!!
