I lived there nearly thirty years ago in 1992. We were a wonderful and luxurious residential complex at the time. I was renting a one-room apartment for $375 per month for 3 years. I graduated at the end of 1994 and returned to my homeland.
This complex needs to be under new management, they don’t fix any of the furnaces and it makes your bill come to huge amounts. They would rather evict you then to approve a subleased. I wouldn’t live here if I was sleeping on the park bench. And on top of that they are trying to raise the rent…people need to stop renting from these slumlords.
