I lived there nearly thirty years ago in 1992. We were a wonderful and luxurious residential complex at the time. I was renting a one-room apartment for $375 per month for 3 years. I graduated at the end of 1994 and returned to my homeland.
This complex needs to be under new management, they don’t fix any of the furnaces and it makes your bill come to huge amounts. They would rather evict you then to approve a subleased. I wouldn’t live here if I was sleeping on the park bench. And on top of that they are trying to raise the rent…people need to stop renting from these slumlords.
I have lived here three years and no issues really that the office staff didn't take care of. Kim in the office as always responded to all my emails. There is one maintenance guy that is hateful and rude but the offie has made sure to tell him to stay away from my apartment. All the other guys in the maintenance department are awesome and helps when they can. I have a few things that haven't been completed but nothing that I am to worried about.
TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
