John is not a nice person! Calling elderly people crazy & senile because they were 2 days past due on an invoice & gossiping with tenants of a rental property about the landlord instead of just doing his job is what he likes to do! Please refrain from using him if you are elderly!! He likes to make fun of older people!!
Amazing service. Very fast and courteous. I am so grateful they have weekend hours and were able to fit us in to their schedule.
Jon was incredible! I will never not keep his business card on our fridge. He was professional and kind and had us back up in no time.
He knew exactly what was wrong with our furnace and came out to fix it same day. Kind, responsive, and fair price for the service. I would recommend Jackson HVAC to anybody in KC area.
