Sara was great in helping my husband and I find a place to call our own. We were running out of time at our AirBNB and she was able to get us signed and moved in in a matter of days! It was a very smooth process and despite being under a larger management company, Jackson Grove never makes us feel like we’re just numbers in a system. Even when we’re in the leasing office, we feel at home!
Been staying here for about 3 months now, Sara has been lovely to work with! I can highly recommend personally requesting her assistance, and I definitely WILL be doing so in the future with any other grievances!
