I recently had the pleasure of touring the grounds with Sara, and per the reviews versus what I was witness to, it’s evident that the new ownership has given the place a complete 180 for the better! No signs of bugs, several things including all the porches have been recently renovated, no indication of even domestic disputes type crime when you look up the address on crimemapping.com, so I’d say the new ownership is doing a great job with making the place a great place to live. Front office and Maintenance are always helpful Georgika, Sara, and Dustin are always super cool and easy to talk too!
Things don't get repaired if the Head of Maintenance isn't here. Dustin is great but thats about all with this complex. From my personal experience, there's plenty of other issues, I'll be editing as as time goes by. Maybe sooner than later. *repair issue was resolved, but not until having a drawn out conversation. **had a water leak on the property, not my unit, to go on from early morning, wasn't addressed until 4pm. It's 8pm and the water is still off with no indication/notification of a resolution. **Water has been resto... read more
