True story 🤯🤮Jackson Grove Apartments is not a good place to live; I’ve had many bad experiences there. The biggest problem I have at the Jackson Grove apartments 1) Every time I deliver orders, they get stolen, and when I go to the office to explain the situation, the people there don't care; I'm losing a lot of orders.$$$$ 2) There is a bad smell right outside the door whenever you go out; there are people with dogs that aren't clean. 3) There is no parking from 8 PM to 7 AM, and it is difficult to break the lease wi... read more

SEPTEMBER 2026 - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES (even in the pool). This place has a pest infestation, I saw a new bug everyday. I had 5 packages stolen from the “mail room” which is just a laundry room with a counter top where delivery drivers set anyone’s packages on. My cousin lives there and she can't have anything delivered to her apartment that's not stolen. The hallway smells like cigarettes and weed and it makes her apartment stink. There are supposed to be rules but no one cares to enforce them so it's pretty close to living in the slums.

I currently live in building A. I do not recommend renting here SOLEY because of the leasing manager named Sarah. She’s the only staff we have right now other than maintenance because the fantastic office manager georgika quit. Sarah is extremely nonchalant and does not care about her residents. Your packages WILL get stolen out of the Amazon room and she will NOT review the camera footage unless you have the specific time that the package was stolen- not when it was delivered. The place is what you make of it. The management is completely lost in the managing side of the business. If you use Jetty to help move in, DON'T. In the beginning i didnt believe Jetty was used but my roomate was the one that set it up. Lack of communication. After learning Jetty was used, we moved out, bit the bullet and paid for the normal wear and tear after being there for years. Jetty also paid them.
