First time user and I would like to say I would definitely return. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Took my 40’ RV in because of lack of acceleration. Other diesel mechanics were months behind and I was about to cancel an upcoming trip. These folks got us right in, found the problem, updated with an estimate by phone AND EMAIL! Excellent service, wonderful people - can’t wait to tell our RV “family”.

Being incredibly new to this industry, all of the gentlemen at Salem's Peterbilt location (Codie, Darren, Devin, and a few more) have been more than helpful, respectful, and patient and have always gone above and beyond. On the occasion the parts I've needed were not available from Peterbilt, they were able to find ways to source those parts and get them here. Honestly, they are my life line! A huge thank you to all of you and all you do every day!!
