Being incredibly new to this industry, all of the gentlemen at Salem's Peterbilt location (Codie, Darren, Devin, and a few more) have been more than helpful, respectful, and patient and have always gone above and beyond. On the occasion the parts I've needed were not available from Peterbilt, they were able to find ways to source those parts and get them here. Honestly, they are my life line! A huge thank you to all of you and all you do every day!!
Anthony service manager and Mychal that worked on my truck were great had a def problem turning out be bad wire harness, diagnosed problem 2 hours after I dropped it off new harness installed and back on the road these guys are awesome highly recommended peterbilt on Hawthorne in salem thanks again
These guys treat us like family and are very professional going above and beyond for us I highly recommend them for parts and service
Salem, OR office: Hopefully their sales and service dept is better than the parts dept. Rude and not willing to help. Take your money elsewhere for parts.
