If you are going to the SLC Dealership driving a big truck pulling a trailer or trailers, prepare for a long walk to the Parts counter. They opened up a new lot across the street to the East, I recommend parking there. It's not user-friendly for big trucks wanting to shop or pick up parts.
Had a wiring harness replaced was promised it'd be done by noon but they took an extra 3 hours and charged an arm and a leg
