"Are YOU FOR REAL!!!! THAT AINT GONNA HAPPEN!!!!" I got back to work and pulled out the instructions and why she would not tell me that she needed a stool sample is beyond me. I'm not going to do it, because I'm not going back, didn't want anything but a simple cholesterol test. I wonder if I will ever get my results! I couldn't give any stars, sorry, but their service is what it is. I showed up twice with an appointment to get a simple cholesterol test. They got me to a room in a "not too bad" length of time, although that could have been smoother. It seems the two secretaries up front don't communicate with each other because the one I saw couldn't find me in the system even though the other (she was busy) had made the apt. just an hour before. Seems they make you give at least one star to post a review. Anyway the story continues. The second apt. was a couple weeks later and they did better on finding me in their system and again did "okay" in the time it took to get me to a room. Keep in mind that I have told them numerous times that all I wanted was a cholesterol test. They insisted in a "Wellness" test and flipped the little "provider" tab out just outside my room. This tells them that I have insurance and they should milk my provider for all they can. So...we ... read more
....things were looking up for me getting out of there in under three hrs! For a simple cholesterol test! Anyway, I could not pee, because I went before I came up there, not knowing that they would need a sample (very poor communications from them) Back in my room & more waiting. More. Finally! ...So I guess it's a miracle that I'm still alive after all these years of slight puffiness above my ankles. I can understand their concern, but I had no history of high B/P and to freak out was very unprofessional of them. I have a different regular doctor and only when to the clinic to get a cholesterol test to fill out the numbers online to satisfy the insurance company.
