RecommendedPhenomenal service!!! My vehicle was vandalized with the rear window smashed this morning. My vehicle was repaired and a new window replaced in a matter of hours. Drop off and pick up were both less than 1 minute. I was provided a courtesy car so didn’t miss work. I would recommend their services to anyone.
5 Stars hands down. Highly recommend. My windshield was hit with a large brick or brick size rock from a semi in front of me on Saturday, 9/26/2020 on 127 N. I talked to Jackson Glass yesterday, 9/28/2020, and they had to order my windshield, OEM. Initially it was going to be 3-5 business days for it to come in. They called me today, 9/29/2020, picked my car up from my home, replaced my windshield, cleaned the shattered glass from inside the car, including the vents, and delivered my car back to my home that afternoon. Not very professional. Had a 1230 appt, AFTER I dropped my car off and went back to work guy calls and says my part didnt get delivered as he had stated. So my appt was garbage. Upon finally dropping it off and getting it fixed, my door no longer opened AT ALL and they had to go back into the bay to get it to open. They left black tape around the window mounting and I also hear something rattling around inside my door now. Also the door panel is loose and wasn't before. As an insurance agent, I have seen Jackson Glassworks please customers for decades. As a customer, it’s the place I call when I need glass replacement for my own vehicles, and it’s where we went for custom cut plexiglass to make Covid19 screens for our office. I highly recommend.
Went in to have a chip repaired and this is what it looks like when i got home. Not all impressed.

They were able to replace my windshield the day before Thanksgiving and got me back on the road within an hour. Very grateful they had my make and model in stock and they scheduled me right away when I called. Fast, easy and very kind people!
Got a crack in my windshield sealing, drove over there and they fixed it within a half hour. Very reasonably priced, super kind and friendly staff.
Jackson Glass Works saved us! Our insurance company swayed us to go with their company and that company ended up not getting our glass in time! Jackson Glass had it the very next day and got it installed quickly for us! Thank you again!
