Good service but high prices just to rotate tires was 100 bucks
I went into the service department this afternoon for a check engine light concern and the staff went over and beyond to explain what was causing it and had it fixed in under an hour! Thanks again!
I made an appointment for recall, and I showed up on time. The place was closed. I am assuming because of the bad weather conditions. Which i understand. BUT, I never received a phone call or email that my appointment was canceled. It has been 2 weeks, and there is still no phone call from them to even reschedule. I guess I will go to Lincoln to get my car fixed.
Drove up to the service door with an issue and they got me in within minutes and an hour later I was back on the road. Great friendly Service... Thank You Jackson Ford! Ya made Henry proud today! P.K. Carter Decatur, Illinois
