I would not recommend this dealership’s service department. I brought my truck in for a warranty transmission repair, and it has now been sitting there for over 8 weeks. During that time, they have missed their promised completion deadline and changed it now 4 times, with no clear or consistent explanation. Communication has been poor throughout the entire process. "THANK YOU, TIM" I was driving down from Tonica,I'll when I noticed my check engine light on. I thought with a 20yr old vehicle parts might be a little hard to get. But I kept my fingers crossed and Tim put his best tech on it. And he was fantastic....it runs like it's new again. Especially after all the things he found wrong with it. Tim understood I was traveling to Florida and gave me his upmost attention and best tech to get me back on the road. Thank you Tim for the excellent customer service. I am very happy!
