I have been to Jackson Firestone multiple times for unexpected tire repairs & they have been very polite, honest, responsive to my requests & always advise me of the cost for my repairs. Today, they located a nail in the tire I was inflating last night when the valve stem broke off. They removed the nail, plugged the tire, replaced w/info about the valve stem & inflated my spare w/o my asking them to do it. got to hand it to them. took 3 cars to them in 1 day. they got my main car out very fast. the second car we were not in a hurry to get returned. didn't know my husband was also dropping his car off same day. had his car finished the next morning. would have been done sooner if he dropped it off earlier not as they were closing lol. they had his car done early in the morning. they finished with the 3rd by by the afternoon. these guys did fantastic. could not have been happier with the work they did. been living here 7 years. ... read more

Every time I have needed their services they have more than come through for me. From needing to get tires rotated to a brake job, they did the work in a clean and timely manner and at prices that are fair. I will definitely be going back there for services in the future.
