I work in Jackson and they know where, and my employer for years. I had bought a new tire from them about a year and a half ago, couldn't afford all 4 at once. But truly was planning to get the other 3 tire from them when I could. Meanwhile, I went there for an oil change because I thought I could trust them, and they saw a female and said I also needed a cabin filter and synthetic oil, all things I was told not to get sucked into. oh well, not next time.

5 star service ! I was referred to Wayne at Firestone by a close friend and was told he is honest and great to deal with . I just got work done and can tell from a mile away he’s old school . Honest thorough and does not overcharge you on BS! My new go to place !! FAST SERVICE!! Took me, and my flat tire, in on the spot. Very cordial and courteous staff let me know what me car Really Needs to continue running efficiently.
