Great service... Patient while working with my crazy boys..
My children and I were just at the plaza on Wales rd outside of Jackson Eye care and saw Angie, the receptionist was outside screaming obscenities at a customer, jumping up and down and threatening the customer with physical violence, and then finally hitting another woman present. Other customers fled the building!!! I'm sad to say that my son and husband are patients there... but rest assured, they will never return to this unprofessional clinic again. Their actions were completely ridiculous.
Jackson Eyecare has always been so wonderful, caring, & kind, especially to our children (6 out of 7 of our kiddos wear glasses now), & we will continue to go there for our family's eyecare needs. The doctor & staff are all amazing! Thank you Jackson Eyecare!
