I wish I shared the same sentiment as most of the reviewers. I had a very poor experience with the clinic. They confirmed my insurance provider when scheduling my appointment. I biked under snow and when I arrived the receptionist said that they don’t accept my insurance. She went back and forth to talk with her manager, who did not care for standing from their chair and office to explain anything. Just a dry no. 3 of my children saw Eye Doctor Mark today and it was an excellent experience for all of us. He was very warm and welcoming! He also seemed very knowledgeable about the eyes and explained everything. Not to mentioned all staff was very friendly as well as professional!
