Complex is well maintained and has quiet residents. Provides a nice sized garage.
Love the apartment, it’s spacious. Neighbors are decent and not super loud. Wish the laundry didn’t cost 1.50 for wash and 1.25 for dry. Rent goes up every year so I wish they would do a free carpet cleaning or upgrade an appliance. Heat and water included so that’s a plus. Maintenance are pretty quick to respond to requests. There is secure entry which is nice. Lawn and snow care is prompt and frequent enough as well making sure safety is first. Again I love the apartment spaciousness.
We do like it at SCS, it was really easy to work with our manager. She got back to me with all of my questions really fast. Very helpful and kind!! There really is not a negative attitude towards anyone!! In my building. So I would absolutely do it again!! Thanks
This place has been amazing for me and my family. We’ve had some rough experiences renting apartments in the past, so we’re very happy to rent from people that actually care about us and take great care of the property. The property manager takes the time to respond to even the smallest complaints and requests. SCS is truly one of a kind.
My husband and I have had our share of terrible renting experiences, but SCS is not one of them. Nothing bad to say. We have been very happy with renting from SCS.
