Have only been a customer for 3.5 years and had never a issue! Even after the EF5 tornado in May 2025 we were out of power for roughly 14 hours I was impressed that the power came back on with all of the damage that had occurred. The staff and customer service have always been top notch and the Linemen rocks! Thank you Jackson energy!

It very sad you all charge people a reconnect fee when all u have to do if flip a switch or take your finger and push a button and charge that kind of money. It bad wnough people have a hard time paying bills every month then u all take whats left because it must be really hard to push a button or flip a switch to turn it bad on id be ashamed.
Drive through or Walk in your pick.. Really easy to find you can see it from the main Rd.
