Set hours but always friendly and courteous
Been w/o power now for over a day, I have a 3 year old and 4 year old in the house and it dropped from 70° to 50° inside the house. This is absolutely unacceptable, everyone in my area that have Jackson Electric have no power, but the people with Xcel in the area got power back the same day it went down. I will definitely be switching electric companies. What a poor excuse for a electric company, if I could rate zero I would.
Quick amazing service. We noticed our hot water heater was going out and called Jackson Electric at 1pm and left a message. They called back at 1:30. And the repair man was at the house by 2:20 The repair was done by 2:40.
Apsolute joke. Can't do a payment by phone. Staff is totally incompetent and rude!!!!
When I first moved into the area, I could NOT tolerate Jackson Electric. Mind you, it is the ONLY company I can get where I’m at and still is, going on 11 years later; however, I’ve grown to enjoy them thoroughly. When I first moved up here, I was a lot younger & I believed the world owed me something & throughout my career that got beat out of me luckily!
