I have been going to Dr. Jackson for 4 years now. Before, I suffered pretty bad from eczema and tried a lot of different remedies. Dr. Jackson found a solution for me and has helped me clear up my eczema and my itching. The staff at Jackson Dermatology are professional, accommodating and very friendly. Sooooo disappointed in this office. I went in 2015 Dr. Jackson helped me clear my skin. I went back in January 2025 my skin slowly started to heal and might I mention I paid out of pocket $350. Now in May 2025 after paying $275 the products he gave me in April broke out my skin uncontrollably. He now wants me to come back into the office pay another $275 to look at my skin? I don’t know if my previous review was posted, but I need to have my review posted after I read some awful reviews from people. I knew they couldn’t be talking about the same dermatologist that I’ve been using for years. His staff is over professional they have a courteous manner When speaking to you. And I only have one word for Dr. JACKSON and that is wonderful. He’s always concerned. If I could give this business a 10 II would

I have no complaints about Dr. Jackson's prescribed treatment (for my 14 year-old-daughter's acne), but his bedside manner bordered on inappropriate. On two occasions nurses closed the door on him and my daughter, leaving them in the consulting room alone. Additionally, he made several jokes regarding her weight and appearance. Not a great idea for a teenage audience. We have decided not to return to the office.
