First off, Kim at the front desk is EXCELLENT! She is very helpful, reassuring, and professional! The dentist is my absolute worst fear and the Jackson dental professionals make you feel great as a patient. They're all so nice including the doctors, because of them I have no issues going to a dentist visit! I even call the office for information on what I can do to help my pain subside until they can get me in and they are nothing but beyond helpful! I recommend them to anyone!
I love it here! Always so nice, and Kim at the desk is the best! So sweet and always a pleasure to talk to and make appointments with! The whole staff has been great with our entire family!
I had a major toothache & of course it was during a snow storm. Thank God Kim was in the office & told me to come in. I was in so much pain I was nauseous & the staff was so sweet. They explained everything they were doing & were so empathetic. They gave me a temp fix & I went back the next day for a root canal. I had a major infection (from waiting to go) but the doctors are watching me & Kim called to check on me. I recommend anyone to them!
