I found her fantastic for my 2 year old. She is caring and attentive and identified why she was getting sick all the time.
I have been taking all of my 4 kids from newborn to now and I think she is best around. The staff could be a lot better. I trust her with every dissension she makes.
The waiting time is atrocious, even when I sought a weekday during school hours. Dr. Jackson goes through the motions and questions, but there is no sense that she cares or is truly looking at the child as a full person. She never talked to my son, although he is already 10, and related only with me. I tried to engage her in some specific questions I had, and she was disengaged. Not coming back.
She has no personality and she bullied my child. Find another doctor. Her staff is incompetent too.
