I only lived at Jackson Crossing for a year because my job is relocating me, but I can honestly say this place made my experience as a new Des Moines resident awesome. The apartments are incredibly spacious, and for the location, the value is hard to beat. You're only a 5–10 minute walk from everything happening downtown, but you're just far enough away to avoid the traffic, noise, and congestion. It's the perfect balance. Keirston and Kayla are amazing. They hold events when they can and engage in the community. I have never lived in a better apartment complex. I really enjoyed my time here while it lasted. Pricing was as fair as it can be.

I lived here for two years in a studio and it was great! Maintenance was always speedy, the apartments were fairly quiet, there was always a parking spot, although sometimes if you get there late it had to be on the street, and the leasing agents were always nice and communicative! They even gave me my full deposit back! Would live here again.

Amazing management! Very friendly and easy to talk with! Any minor issues I’ve had have been addressed/fixed immediately!!
