Keirston and Kayla are amazing. They hold events when they can and engage in the community. I have never lived in a better apartment complex. I really enjoyed my time here while it lasted. Pricing was as fair as it can be.
I lived here for two years in a studio and it was great! Maintenance was always speedy, the apartments were fairly quiet, there was always a parking spot, although sometimes if you get there late it had to be on the street, and the leasing agents were always nice and communicative! They even gave me my full deposit back! Would live here again.
Amazing management! Very friendly and easy to talk with! Any minor issues I’ve had have been addressed/fixed immediately!!
I loved living at Jackson Crossing!! I was there for 2 years and was always treated with respect and kindness from the entire staff. Any minor issues that arose were promptly handled with professionalism and care. The only reason I moved was to move to another state. If I could pick up the whole property and staff and take them with me I would! The property was always being cleaned and updated and is a great price for being so close to downtown.
