I have never had a bad experience at JCPT in Phoenix. Dennis always figures out what's wrong with me and fixes it. The girls in the office are also very kind, friendly and quite competent in their jobs.

Excellent, professional, welcoming service from the staff. JCPT is a well-oiled machine with an efficient, disciplined, and client friendly personality. Kathy is excellent! She is professional, knowledgeable, sensitive, encouraging; shared great ideas and tips! She was ALWAYS timely! Jeremy has been phenomenal in assisting me with exercises to strengthen my back in attempt to avoid surgery. It's not just ice, heat and stim.... Education is so important and Jeremy crafts treatment to your needs. Excellent 8 weeks of PT.
