Heck, what can I say, I’m a renter and last night our toilet became blocked. REA, got Jackson and Cooper Plumbing to come out after hours. Their 3rd year apprentice Philip got here around 6ish. I Took him down the back to show him the problem. He freed the blockage last night and came back today to remedy the problem for us. Which he did. The plumber was really quick to come and unblock the pipes to the building. Friendly staff, and golden customer service which is rare these days.
