I recently lost a lot of weight and went to J&C for a kind of makeover. I have to say the level of attention the staff paid was really spectacular. My goal was to own fewer items but wanted to love all of them. Success! The tailoring is first rate, the staff is 100%.
Great selection and friendly knowledgeable staff. I'm an introvert and picky about my clothes so kind of a challenging customer. The staff had no problem helping me out and gave me plenty of time on my own to find what I wanted. I'm very pleased

I rarely, if ever, make a recommendation - however - going above and beyond is what Will and his staff do with grace and ease. If it does not hang right, fit correctly or needs more work than it is worth - they say so. DO NOT HESITATE to put you good look in their hands.
Jackson and Connor is a true customer-centric destination in Northampton. I recently purchased a men’s bracelet for my husband’s birthday and unfortunately upon returning home to Arizona my husband lost the metal clasp. I called Jackson and Connor and Will treated me like I was his neighbor from around the corner. He listened and understood just how much it would mean to us if we could acquire a replacement piece.
