RecommendedThis past Friday my toddler son was transported from HFAH to Mott's. I can't say enough about how professional, caring, and courteous the EMT and Paramedic were that took care of my son and me. I never left a review for the other time we were both transported- at that time it was February 2018 and I was 26 weeks pregnant. A JCA crew came to my home to transfer me to HFAH for bleeding. Wings of Mercy patients have used JCA on two occasions in the last week and on both occasions your people provided excellent care. Mark, especially, demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills during the delicate task of moving immobile patients into aircraft. JCA staff were kind, patient, and clearly committed to patients' comfort and safely. We hope to work with you again!
I posted this on a different page and had a couple people direct me to this page. So I'm sharing it here in hopes they can see it. ❤ I hope they can see this, I know it's unlikely but just in case. I want to say thank you to the paramedics and firefighters who came to help my son last night (July 31st) in Vandercook. "Thank you" will never really be enough. They don't get near enough recognition as they deserve. But I do appreciate you and thank you for being there.
