J and C are totally incompetent. I was offered a job in writing by them. I found after waiting for over a week that they had actually job given he job to someone else. At first they lied about this and said that another recruitment firm had done this. Then they acknowledged that it was their mistake. They refused to take responsibility for this in any way and were quite rude. This experience was a D minus.
