We bought this vehicle new. We will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. We were going to purchase another vehicle at the same time. They wouldn't give into the $1500 difference we offered. The sales manager told us if we purchased a program on one vehicle they would work with us. Well we bought the extended warranty for the pickup. Guess what still refused to work with us. Oh well never again. And we plan on telling everyone we know not to buy there.

We just purchased a 2026 Trailblazer and Jalon made the experience quick and easy. He was great to work with-so polite and respectful and professional. We are pleased with our new car and with our overall experience with Jalon and Jackson Chevrolet in Sullivan, IL.

Absolutely amazing service Ty helped us pick out our car and had it ready the next day for pick up. Paperwork was super easy and quick , they really car about their customers. I absolutely enjoyed the whole experience.

They deleted my review because they knew they sold me a car that I had to spend near 1200 to fix 2 days after I bought the vehicle
