I lived there for a year. Quick and reliable maintenance service. Honest and genuine people, we paid little extra for 15 days rent while moving and they returned it with our deposit. And, they returned our whole security deposit which is rare. Don’t charge extra. Highly recommended for students especially from South Asian region. They treat everyone nicely!!!

Lived under their management for 4 years and never had a problem they didn't fix immediately. By far the best property management in Denton - looking at the experiences of my friends and family. Could not recommend more highly
The management is very good and try to provide most of the services within reasonable time. But after I moved out from the apartment they sent me a statement of $1250 as the kitchen was dirty and there were cockroaches, which doesn't make sense.
Only lived at the Windmill Apartments for a year, but hands down the best management I’ve had from a leasing company. Gary and Joy are very communicative and always seem to be happy to help and answer any questions I’ve had over the year of my lease. There was one time my hot water went out and maintenance was there the same day to fix it. Thank you all so much!
