I stayed with Jackson Chang Apartments for a very long time. Im only sadly moving to be closer to my job in another city. I recommend to anyone.
I lived here for my entire college tenure at UNT and still think fondly of the apartment I lived in. (Oak St.) All of their apartments were very much no frills, so if you are expecting luxury you should look elsewhere. They are well maintained for college apartments and I only remember having an issue once after a rather bad storm and it was addressed quickly. Was always super quiet as well.
Great landlord... any issue I had maintenance was right asap... did not neb then but twice in a year... they still showed up and are very trust worthy... Gary is a great person...
Gary is an amazing person and I highly recommend any property he has for your next move-in..
