Went there for at least a year or two. Husband very nice, wife Dr.Sharon not so much. Only reason for 3 stars instead of one.Was told I was only allowed ONE issue per visit when I asked her a question (10 mins in to the appointment). Very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I switched to Woodruff Institute and they give all the time I need.
Just moved from East Coast to the Naples area. Had my first appointment yesterday. I can't say how pleased I was with the Dr. and their taking so much time with me and answered all my questions very thoroughly. Office staff is very professional and friendly, office is beautiful. So happy to have the Jackson Center for all my dermatological needs. Thank you.
As a physician, I appreciate thorough and precise care for my sun damaged skin. She discovered 4 small skin cancers on my back and neck. I will continue to trust my dermatology needs to Dr. Jackson.

Has to be the most unprofessional office visit I have ever had. I had the 1st appointment of the day and was to be there at 8:30 to fill out paperwork for an 8::45 appointment. I arrived on time filled out the paperwork and was escorted in the office at 8:45. The nurse came back asked what I was therefore to prepare me for the doctor to enter. The nurse then came back a few minutes later and said the doctor was tired and did not want to see me at that time. I asked can't she just come in I'm already here can we take pictures... read more
