We had Jackson Catering & Events for our wedding a couple weeks ago. They have an amazing selection, are incredibly easy to work with, and everything tastes SO great! We had beer braised pork shoulder, country fried chicken, mac & cheese, potatoes, salad, bread and passed apps. We have received tons of compliments from all of our guests saying things like "that was the best wedding meal I've ever had" and one of our vegetarian friends even ate the fried chicken it was so good!
