RecommendedI ve had 2 sxs and 2 vehicles worked on by these guys and been nothing but happy with the results. They are experts in audio and very professional. Matt is the front of the house guy and is great give them a call!
One of the best experiences I've had. I can't say enough about Jeff. He's knowledgeable, neat and most importantly honest. He installed a new head unit into my boat and I can't be more pleased. I will from now on always use him for any audio needs that I may have. I highly recommend.
We were beyond impressed with JC Audio in Jackson. We bought a vehicle that had a foreign radio in it. We brought it to them yesterday morning to help us with it. They were so knowledgeable, and were able to pull out the old system and install a new one while we waited!!! We are very pleased with the new one, and their service. Friendly, and patient to explain to me how the new one worked. We will definitely be back for any future needs!!!! Just can't thank you enough :)

Excellent Service and customer care. I live in California. I bought a Corvette in South Carolina and stopped in Jackson to visit my folks on my trip back. I called Matt 2 weeks before my trip to set up a radio install. These guys took excellent care of my car I was very impressed with the care they took setting up the prep for the job making sure my car was protected. They scammed me for $500 by lying about my cars warranty coverage to install speakers told me my money WOULD BE RETURNED IF IT WOULD EFFECT THE FACTORY WARRANTY AND WE TOLD THEM WE DIDN’T WANT IT DONE then when confirmed that I knew they lied they refused to return my money and the owner refused to return my phone calls and blocked my messages on Facebook to his personal account when I tried to contact him — at Jackson Car Audio.
Wonderful experience at JC Audio Jackson, TN. The crew installed a Back up camera by Alpine in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. They also correctly installed the radio that was installed incorrectly by the previous owner. They went above and beyond in my opinion. Will be using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.
