My mom and dad went to an appointment with him on two separate occasions and neither experience was great. He has horrible bedside matter and it doesn't seem like he cares about the issues that you have. He's in and out the room within 10 mins. What really did it for my parents was my dad visit. My dad has been dealing with really bad pain in his leg, and came to see Dr Jackson. He didn't examine his leg or anything. He stood at the door, holding the handle, and tells him that its arthritis. I saw Dr. Jackson when I had an injection in my leg. When he took a culture of my leg he was gentle and paid attention to non verbal ques. He was very compassionate. He has great bedside manors and he will pray with you if you want him to. He has a great staff too. They were very warm and welcoming. He thinks outside of the box which is rare these days. Great down to earth man.
Great medical office, very professional, thinks outside of the box and truely cares for his community.
Treated very insensitively, was very short and was irritated when I requested to speak to him about what medications I am currently on. While I appreciate him seeing me, I felt very much like he didn’t want me there and anything I said didn’t matter. Instead of treating me based on what it states he specializes in. I had several things I wanted to discuss with him and he refused. This doctor has terrible manner with his patients and I will not be back.
