Treated very insensitively, was very short and was irritated when I requested to speak to him about what medications I am currently on. While I appreciate him seeing me, I felt very much like he didn’t want me there and anything I said didn’t matter. Instead of treating me based on what it states he specializes in. I had several things I wanted to discuss with him and he refused. This doctor has terrible manner with his patients and I will not be back. My father went into see Dr. Jackson with swollen legs and feet. Dr. Jackson ordered 1 test to see if he had blood clots. No one called or even followed up about the test results. Luckily, my dad was able to see his results through the app, and he didn't have any blood clots. Now, he's in the hospital with low hemoglobin, low potassium, and possible congestive heart failure. I have read all these negative posts here about Dr.Jackson,and I hear what your saying,and don't totally disagree,but I have had a different experience with him.First off,when you go for your visit,you will first see a medical student,who is going to ask you a checklist of questions about all sorts of health issues,and any current issues you are having.He may also listen to your heart,check your eyes and ears,and then relate all this information to Dr. Jackson.Dr.Jackson will then follow up with you on anything you told the ... read more
I left my previous Dr. for Dr. Jackson. He professional while making you feel comfortable. He is honest with you. His staff is very caring. He prays.
He was very rude to my grandmother and didn’t go over her lab results. Please please stay away
