RecommendedMy daughter and I were driving through Jackson on our way to Texas and our car basically died. I limped into Jackson auto repair and I couldn’t of had a better experience not only did they fix the car incredibly fast at a very reasonable price they even drove my daughter and I so we could get some lunch while we waited I highly recommend them!
I have taken multiple vehicles of multiple brands through this shop, with everything from transmission work to brakes, and they have always taken care of the repair/ maintenance exactly as required with zero pricing surprises.
would not recommend for service
They do not put correct replacements on foreign vehicles and charge 400/hr for labor way more then the average, repair shop. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL.
complete joke of a business they didn't even put the caps to my ac system back correctly. they also charged way too much and tried to get me to do work that I didn't need to do.
This place is a joke!! They don’t know anything about a foreign vehicle!! Don’t waste your time!

I know the commitment to excellence that is at the core of Jackson Auto Repair. I travel extensively throughout the U.S., often by car. I see a lot of shops. I even used to be a service manager. A good shop with contentious, well trained personnel is easily spotted. There is an adage that says, “Don’t do business with family.” JAR is the exception. I trust that they get it right! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
